**1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions**

By accessing, enrolling in, or using The Labor Lounge Child Birth Education Classes website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our services.

**2. Refund Policy**

2.1 **Full Refund:** A full refund will be provided if the student requests a refund more than 30 days before the scheduled start of the class.

2.2 **Partial Refund:** A partial refund (minus a processing fee, if applicable) will be granted if the student requests a refund 14 days before the class begins.

2.3 **No Refund:** No refund will be provided if the student requests a refund within a week of the class start date or after the class has started.

2.4 **Exceptional Circumstances:** In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, unforeseen travel restrictions, natural disasters, or military deployment, we may consider providing a refund or rescheduling the class. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Required documentation and verification may include medical records, doctor's notes, death certificates, travel advisories, military orders, or other official documents.

2.5 Exceptional circumstances that may qualify for a full refund of the child birth education class typically involve situations that are beyond the control of the student and prevent their participation in the class.

1. **Documented Medical Emergency:** A serious medical condition or injury that prevents the student from attending the class. This should be supported by medical documentation such as a doctor's note, hospital records, or medical certificates.

2. **Family Emergency:** A sudden and unexpected family emergency that necessitates the student's absence from the class. This might include a death in the family, a significant accident, or a similar crisis. Request documentation such as a death certificate, accident reports, or any other relevant paperwork.

3. **Unforeseen Travel Restrictions:** A situation where the student is unable to attend due to unforeseen travel restrictions or visa issues, particularly if the class involves international participants. Proof might include official travel advisories, visa denials, or relevant government communications.

4. **Natural Disasters:** When a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, earthquake, or wildfire, directly affects the student's ability to attend the class. Evidence may include news reports, government evacuation notices, or insurance claims related to the disaster.

5. **Military Deployment:** If the student is a member of the military and is suddenly deployed or receives unexpected orders that prevent class participation. Proof may include official military documents or orders.

Please be aware that each exceptional circumstance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to grant a full refund will be made at my discretion based on the provided documentation. This ensures fairness while allowing me to address unique situations effectively.

**3. Class Rules and Code of Conduct**
