What is a child birth education class?
A child birth education class is a program designed to prepare expectant parents for the journey of pregnancy, labor, and childbirth. It covers essential topics and provides knowledge and skills to make informed decisions and navigate the birthing process confidently.
-
Who should attend child birth education classes?
Child birth education classes are beneficial for both first-time parents and those seeking a refresher course. They are ideal for anyone looking to gain a better understanding of pregnancy, labor, and childbirth.
-
What are the benefits of attending your classes?
According to the CDC's National Vital Statistics Reports, around 41% of mothers in the U.S. received prenatal education or childbirth classes in 2019. This suggests that a substantial portion of expectant parents may not have had access to, or participated in, childbirth education classes, which can contribute to feelings of being undereducated or unprepared. Our classes empower expectant parents with knowledge, reduce anxiety, and boost confidence. You'll gain the skills to make informed decisions and have a more positive and prepared childbirth experience.
